Video Games Old but Gold #35: Chrono Trigger

Chrono Trigger is one of my childhood favorites.

Chrono Trigger is an RPG, developed and published by Square, and released for the Super Nintendo on March 1995.

Chrono Trigger is a revolutionary game with cool side quests that focused on character development, a unique and interesting battle system, incredible graphics, and its multiple endings. Growing up, I loved looking at the box art and guide book for this game because of Akira Toriyama and his Dragon Ball art style. It was so familiar to me.

I also loved the game’s plot and it was cool that you could travel through time to gather more items and allies to help along your quest. I hope they would do a remaster of the game like they did with Secret of Mana because that remaster is gorgeous and so nostalgic 🙂

Have you guys played Chrono Trigger?
