Review: No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either!

This is a free PSVita game that I got a while back and I love it so much. This game is so much fun!

No Heroes Allowed: No Puzzles Either! is a strategy game that released for the PSVita back in 2013. This is a dungeon strategy game with 8-bit pixel art style.

This is a touch screen based game, which makes the strategy a bit easier and after every dungeon, it gets harder so you’ll have to level up your monsters as you progress through the dungeons. There are 64 levels and this is a match-three puzzles. Also, the more combos you have, the faster the hero dies.

You play as the God of Destruction and you use your evil powers to defeat the many heroes that try to defeat you as they make their way through your dungeon. After completing a dungeon, you can capture the hero and make them dig up treasures to level up your monsters in the mines. The stronger your monsters are, the easier each dungeon will get.

This is also ranked with the highest ranking being an S score and usually the rankings come out as how fast you can defeat the heroes and how far they get.

There are micro-transactions in this game and I’ve never added money to this game but I know that if you add money, you get more pickaxes. If you run out of pickaxes, you’ll have to wait a certain amount of time before you can get more pickaxes to play any more dungeons.

As you can see, this game is free so definitely check it out. I enjoy it a lot and I love 8-bit pixel indie games in general plus it’s really addicting, well, until you run out of pickaxes and then you’d have to wait a little bit, but for a free game, this is worth it.

What do you guys think of this game?
